Once your order has been processed, you will receive a “Ready for Pick Up” email with instructions on how to schedule a time to pick up your order. Pick up is in Sage Hill, NW Calgary.

Local Delivery (Within Calgary)
This shipping option is for delivery within Calgary city limits ONLY, it is a flat rate of $10 anywhere in the city. This service is free once you spend $100 before tax. Delivery timing is 1-2 business days once your order is processed.
Canada Post (Outside of Calgary)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery address. You can then choose which Canada Post service best suits you in regards to your preferred shipping speed.
Free Shipping (Canada Wide)
We offer free Canada wide shipping on all orders $100 and up.
Coconut soy wax is extremely sensitive to temperature change whether that’s hot or cold. If your candle is exposed to very warm temperatures it can begin to "sweat" leaving a wet oily residue on top. This will not effect the quality of your candle, but please try to keep your candle at room temperature and out of direct sunlight.
Yes, you can fix this! If this has ever happened to you, you are likely not trimming your wick before each burn.
Trim your wooden wick before each time you light your candle, breaking off the charred piece on top will allow your flame to breathe. You can trim your wick with our wick trimmer found in our accessory kit, or even break it off with your fingers!
